- Its my opinion that marijuana should be legalized in all states for medical use. I suffer from chronic pain and it helps. There are some terrible side effects from prescription meds that MJ doesn't have....we need to work together to get this natural medicine!

- There is nothing wrong with Marijuana. I take meds for my backpain but would rather just smoke a little marry jane instead. We are loosing the drug war with Mexico anyways and it will never stop! LEGALIZE IT!!

- My father is a stage three diabetic that always has problems with his feet hurting and if Marijuana was legal i know it would help with his pain. Us Texans need to push for our Medical Marijuana like all other states did. THANKS!!

- We need to throw people that DESERVE to be in jail for actual CRIMES.... Having a plant sounds stupid. Alcohol will kill you faster than any joint will.. and for you to die from smoking marijuana you have to be stupid and drive or go outside... Its something done INSIDE and all it does it make you happy hungry and sleepy... People have been smoking it for years and they will continue to do so even if it is legal or not. And don't let stupid potheads give it a bad name. You have to be responsible with it... Which means GET YOUR PRIORITIES DONE FIRST, and then you can have your weed. Don't just sit there and do nothing but smoke weed, you have to be productive. Have your life set out for you first, before you do anything that could possibly make you make the wrong decisions (being constantly high) There are plenty of people who have great lives great jobs and can still smoke marijuana secretly.... Lets not ruin it for them! :)

Legalize Medicinal Marijuana in TX
- I suffer from failed surgery back syndrome. I have gone through 8 major back surgeries of my spine after rupturing L4 & L5 of my spine. I now have to have a morphine pump which installed in my stomach each and every month and also a tense unit which trys to address the leg pain and numbness. I also have to take break through prescription drugs Dialada for the pain 8 times daily, 2 different muscles relaxers 3 times daily, 2 different types of anti-depressant drugs to help to keep thoughts of just giving up. If not for my wonderful husband of 40 yrs. 2 grown children and 4 grandchildren the thought I have to keep out of my thoughts, because it would be the easy thing for me but it would ruin my family members indiffently I've been told and talked with phycologist. I've have hearing alot of talk about different states that are allowing medicinal marijuana with prescriptions from you doctor. Please GOD hear our pleads and realize that this is a natural way of coping with terrible pain!

- cannabis is a harmful drug, actually i think you could even benefit from having cannabis in your system even if you do not have an illness. Cannabis should be legalized because there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. The only reason why the officials refuse to legalize it is because they have either been brainwashed, or because they are embaressed of how easily our past officials were brainwashed by "reefer madness" and other people against cannabis for money reasons only.

- When Texas will let marijuana legal? I need medical card I have seizure and pain back it help me a lot when I smoke it but pills? It won't help me! ! Please pray let Texas Houston and all state of usa let marijuana is safety than alcohol dangerous. In 1930 they say marijuana is drugs but they is wrong!
