Like your malls a little more suburban? Katy Mills is your place then. There are more than a couple hundred stores at this Katy shopping hot spot. And they offer valet parking Friday - Sunday, by the way, because, ugh, who parks their own car?
The Shops at Houston
Downtown shopping collective The Shops at Houston are a convenient and welcome diversion from the bustle of an unreasonable work day. Surely, your boss will appreciate you taking a three hour lunch if you tell him/her that you found a totally boss deal on Manolo Blahnik strappy sandals. (I am so disappointed that I did not have to Google that reference.)
Uptown Park
Spas, medical and financial services, posh restaurants; if it's unfairly priced, Uptown Park. Their billed as a "European-Style Shopping Experience," but they're surprisngly bereft of guys in black and white striped shirts smoking skinny cigarettes.
