Free Wi-Fi in Houston

Coffee shops and libraries aren't the only places for free Wi-Fi. Shake things up and Wi-Fi mooch at one of these local bars, pubs and restaurants.

1. Darkhorse Tavern

A cozy neighborhood bar, Darkhorse is pretty much all you need in a hang-out spot - games, beer on tap, snacks, a jukebox and traditional pub-like decor. Parking available behind building, lot at Hemphill and Union, street parking on Washington Ave.

2. Vito's Deck House and Pub

Swirll is one of many local members of the recent froyo craze. But what sets Swirll apart from some of its peers (besides the free wi-fi) is its self-serve policy.
