Catalina utilizes several methods of coffee preparation including French Press, Aeropress and vacuum pot. Amaya Roasting Company is their primary bean of choice. However, guest roasters from all over the country are often featured. There's plenty of comfy seating and natural light for studying or reading. Fresh pastries are served (on plates!) as well.
