Bayou Place Attractions:
Bayou Place houses numerous dining and entertainment venues. They include:
Angelika Film Theater A mature feeling movie theater that often features art and indie films not typically shown in larger movie theaters. In addition to the movies they play, Angelika also serves foods and wines.
RocBar An expansive night club centered around a glitzy rock n roll vibe. There are pool tables, VIP areas, a large patio, an accommodating bar (with swings above it) and, periodically, a stage for where live music is played.
Mosaic This is a smaller room that is actually connected to RocBar, though it focuses more on providing a DJ-driven environment. It shares the patio balcony with RocBar.
Banzai Sushi These guys do a good job of offering up some surprisingly solid sushi dishes. Nothing really stands out about the place, good or bad, but theres something to be said for consistency.
Mingalone A quality Italian restaurant that offers fine(-ish) foods with little to no smarmyness.
Slick Willies Family Pool Hall Its exactly like every other Slick Willies pool hall youve ever visited. Expected lots of pool tables and fast waitresses. Curiously, kids are allowed in.
Hard Rock Café If you prefer to enjoy your American cuisine while surrounded by loads and loads of music memorabilia, this is the place for you. Its one of the more family-friendly environment venues at Bayou Place.
Verizon Wireless Theater A slightly-bigger-than-medium-sized music venue that usually provides a fun concert experience. They feature upwards of 100 shows annually.
