11. ZZ Top

Thursday, March 8: Music veterans ZZ Top are making their 5th HLSR appearance. ZZ Top and their iconic beards have produced 14 gold, platinum, multi-platinum and diamond albums in their over 40-years together. In 2004, the band was inducted into the ROck and Roll Hall of Fame.

12. Reba McEntire

Friday, March 9: Two-time Grammy Award-winner Reba McEntire is a Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Star Trail of Fame member since 2007. The singer, actress and author of two bestselling books will deliver her 17th HLSR performance on Paint the Rodeo Pink Day.

13. Chris Young

Saturday, March 10: Chris Young will make his very first Rodeo Houston appearance this year. The star began his celebrity career after winning the Nashville Star competition in 2006. Young's 2011 single "Voices" won the American Country Music Award for Single of the Year.

14. Duelo

Sunday, March 11:This year, Go Tejano Day at Rodeo Houston brings Duelo, the six-member Tejano group responsible for such singles as "En Las Manos de un Angel" and "Para Sobrevivir". Duelo's 2009 album, "Necesito Mas de Ti" debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top Latin Albums chart. This will be the group's third HLSR performance.

15. La Original Banada El Limon

Sunday, March 11: El Limon originated in 1965 with clarinetist Salvador Lizarraga Sanchez as its leader. Now a 17-member band, El Limon has produced over 25 albums. Their latest, "El Primer Lugar" was released in 2011.

16. Zac Brown Band

Monday, March 12: Zac Brown Band first made a name for themselves with the release of a single entitled "Chicken Fried". The band has since gone on to collect major accolades including two Grammy Awards. The Zac Brown Band will perform for the second time at Rodeo Houston.

17. Miranda Lambert

Miranda Lambert: Wife to Rodeo Houston Performer Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert is an East Texas native behind country hits "Kerosene" and "The House That Built Me". Lambert has earned a total of 9 Academy of Country Music Awards as well as a Grammy Award which she received in 2011. The artist performed for a crowd of over 73,000 at the 2011 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

18. The Band Perry

Wednesday, March 14: The Perry siblings led by sister Kimberly Perry hit the country music scene with the release of their No. 1 hit, "If I Die Young". Their 2009 album soared to platinum status and they have since earned both Grammy and American Academy of Country Music Awards. This will be the Band Perry's first Rodeo Houston performance.

19. Jason Aldean

Thursday, March 15: Country rock performer Jason Aldean made his mark in the world of country music with the single, "Hicktown". The 2005 release of "My Kinda Party" earned the artist several country music awards. He performs for the third consecutive year at the 2012 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

20. Train

Friday, March 16: Train is likely best known for the 1998 hit single, "Meet Virginia" which reached country and Top 40 fans alike. It reached number 15 on the Billboard Hot 100 list. In 2001 they released yet another chart-topping hit, "Drops of Jupiter (Tell Me)" which one the trio two Grammy Awards.

21. Brad Paisley

Saturday, March 17: Three-time Male Vocalist of the Year by Country Music Association and the Academy of Country Music, Brad Paisley is one of the most well-know names in country music. In 2011 the singer-songwriter released "This is Country Music", a tribute to his musical genre. It's single "Old Alabama" is performed by the classic group Alabama.

22. Alan Jackson

Sunday, March 18: Alan Jackson is a Hollywood Walk of Fame inductee and member of the Grande Ole Opry since 1991. Jackson is also recipient of 16 Academy of Country Music Awards, 17 Country Music Association Awards and 2 Grammy's. He has performed for a total of over 1 million Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo viewers.
