Galveston Mardi Gras 2008

Visit Galveston for Mardi Gras 2008: Once again for 12 days and 11 nights, Galveston Island will be overtaken by live music, spectacular parades, elaborate masked balls and extravagant costumes.

Mardi Gras! Galveston 2008 will last through Fat Tuesday, February 25th, 2007 and is projected to be one of the biggest Mardi Gras parties the island has ever seen. Over 250,000 people attend Mardi Gras in Galveston each year.

Mardi Gras Parades: The following parades have been confirmed for 2008 Galveston Mardi Gras:

• Krewe du Vroom 2nd Annual Motorcycle Parade (Feb 1)
• Krewe Babalu 3rd Annual “All Krewe Parade” (Feb 1)
• Hollywood Parade: Riding on the Red Carpet (Feb 2)
• Mardi Gras Children’s Parade (Feb 3)
• Fat Tuesday Parade (Feb 5)

Galveston Mardi Gras Prices: Online Gate/Ticket Prices:

• Friday, February 25th
  $10.00
• Saturday, February 26th
  $20.00
• Weekend pass for Feb. 25th and 26th
  $25.00 (not available at the gate)

Note: Tickets are the same price if purchased at the gate.
