Monday: The museum opens on Mondays beginning Memorial Day through Labor Day from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Tuesday through Saturday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday: Noon - 6 p.m.
Thursday: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. (Free admission at this time)

About the Children's Museum of Houston
The 90,000 square foot Children's Museum of Houston provides hands-on, educational fun for children from birth to age 12. Expect to spend hours perusing the venue's many permanent interactive activities as well as special events.
Exhibits include:
Invention Convention: workshop where kids can create contraptions with various gadgets
Kidtropolis: mock city where children can pretend to be shoppers, business owners, news reporters, etc.
FlowWorks: kids can explore the forces and properties of waves, vortices, and rapids with this interactive, outdoor exhibit.
PowerPlay: 3-story installation where visitors can test their bodies with a variety of physical challenges.
How Does It Work?: ask and discover the answers to your most mind-boggling science questions.
Building Zone: explore the science of structures in this kid-friendly construction zone
