Whether you're hosting Christmas dinner, participating in a potluck celebration or letting the professional chefs handle the load, it's a good time to begin finalizing what food you'll be feasting on this year. If you're responsible for bringing one or two items for the big dinner, don't be the schmuck that shows up with a box of stale grocery store cookies. Browse through this compilation of holiday recipes which includes everything from roast duck to chocolate martinis. Some require more time and effort than others, all are sure to leave everyone impressed.

If you or your family opts for a more no-fuss approach to holiday dining, there are plenty of restaurants open for business on both Christmas Eve and Christmas day. Find one here and if you know of any others that should be on the list, please feel free to contact me.
