Did you know that our very own Children's Museum of Houston was recently ranked the No. 1 children's museum in the country? Parents magazine has compiled a list of the top ten children's museums across the U.S. based on such criteria as creative exhibits, healthy dining options, entertainment opportunities for children under 3, restroom facilities and parking. Today, Parents magazine announced that Houston shined in each of the above categories thus earning the No. 1 spot. Other children's museums that made the list included those in Boston, Pittsburgh and Phoenix.
The Children's Museum of Houston (CMH) houses 14 galleries of exhibits that provide a hands-on learning experience for kids aged birth to 12 years.
